Golf Performance and Injury
Experiencing Pain with Golf
Golf is an asymmetric sport, extremely repetitive, and forces in the wrong places will break down tissue. As a golf physical therapist in Fort Collins, I focus on changing those forces and increasing movement in restricted parts of the body to decrease bodily wear and tear.
I'm a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified professional, as well as a Medical Level 2 Certified professional. Come see me to diagnose the cause of your pain and discomfort, and get back in ready condition for the spring greens! A few sessions may be all that stands between your current game and a more consistent, pain-free swing.
Golf Swing Evaluation
Every golfer wants a swing that allows for consistent and reliable ball contact.
Developing an ideal swing relies on your ability to transfer energy from your feet, through your body, and maximize at the point of impact with the club.
Working with me, you'll gain an understanding of the kinematic sequence of your swing and develop a swing that requires the least amount of effort, while producing the greatest amount of power.
