Golf Performance and Injury

Experiencing Pain with Golf

Golf is an asymmetric sport, extremely repetitive, and forces in the wrong places will break down tissue. As a golf physical therapist in Fort Collins, I focus on changing those forces and increasing movement in restricted parts of the body to decrease bodily wear and tear.

I'm a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified professional, as well as a Medical Level 2 Certified professional. Come see me to diagnose the cause of your pain and discomfort, and get back in ready condition for the spring greens! A few sessions may be all that stands between your current game and a more consistent, pain-free swing.

Golf Swing Evaluation

  • Every golfer wants a swing that allows for consistent and reliable ball contact.

  • Developing an ideal swing relies on your ability to transfer energy from your feet, through your body, and maximize at the point of impact with the club.

  • Working with me, you'll gain an understanding of the kinematic sequence of your swing and develop a swing that requires the least amount of effort, while producing the greatest amount of power.
